  • No refund within 90 days to conference opening

NCSS contracts with the hotel to receive a special rate based on minimum bookings; therefore, attendees are encouraged to book at our conference hotel for $269/night when booking opens to help us meet our contractual obligations.

Add-on Opportunities

Take your sponsorship to the next level! In addition to the benefits already included, all sponsors can enhance their visibility and impact at our conference with these exclusive add-on options.

NOTE: You must be an Exhibitor or higher to add on these opportunities.

  • Opening Breakfast Keynote - $7,500
    • Thursday 12/3/26 Opening Breakfast – deliver opening keynote address (must be approved by NCSS) plus all of the benefits of a Session Sponsor.
  • Lunch Keynote - $7,500
    • Friday 12/4/26 Lunch – deliver closing keynote address (must be approved by NCSS), place materials at each table, plus all of the benefits of a Session Sponsor.
  • Reception Sponsor - $2,500
    • Wednesday 12/2/26 – Sponsor a reception during the Conference. Will be recognized during opening remarks at the reception.
  • Awards Luncheon Sponsor - $2,500
    • Thursday 12/3/26 – Place materials at each table, recognition from the podium and in slide deck.
  • Breakfast Sponsor - $2,500
    • Friday 12/4/26 Breakfast – place materials at each table, recognition from the podium and in slide deck.
  • Refreshment Break Sponsor - $1,500
    • Refreshment Break plus cost of food (in exhibit area on days of concurrent sessions). Sponsor will be recognized with signage during break and in mobile app.
  • Transportation Sponsor - $2,500
    • Sponsor our field trip or other outings during the conference. Ability to ride on the bus(es) and/or hand out materials/giveaways. Sponsor may provide grab & go breakfast or coffee at their cost.
  • Video Sponsor - $1,500
    • Play a :30 video during a General Session.
